Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.

If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

In the rare occasion that we send the customer the wrong size or item please notify us before sending back. In this occasion we will send the customer a pre paid shipping label on our behalf for the mistake. If the customer sends item back without notifying us first we cannot reimburse for any shipping spent by the customer. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
  • Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. MARKED 40% OFF OR MORE.
  • For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
  • Return your merchandise within 14 days to exchange size.
  • We do not offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

How To Make A Return

  1. Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
  2. Please write the name you placed the order under on a slip of paper and include that in with your return.
  3. Mail the return to the address on the slip included with your order. The address is:

  4. You can mail the return through UPS, FedEx, or USPS
